MBBS Abroad Admission Process, Step by Step

• Free eligibility check against NEET score, PCB marks and budget
• University shortlisting with official fee structures shared in writing
• Application submission with academic documents and passport copy
• Admission or invitation letter issued by the university in the student's name
• Fee payment against an official invoice, with receipt retained
• Visa documentation, legalisation and embassy or consulate formalities
• Travel booking, forex, insurance and pre-departure briefing
• Arrival support, hostel allotment and university registration

For a September intake, applications generally open from May and close between July and August depending on the university and the embassy's processing load. Late applications are possible but leave little room for visa delays, so earlier is safer.

How long does the admission process take?

From application to departure it usually takes six to ten weeks, with the visa stage being the least predictable part.

What happens if the visa is refused?

The next step depends on the reason for refusal and on the university's refund policy, which is why we insist on getting that policy in writing before payment.
